We Love This Salt
Our friends turned us on to Redmond’s salt. I tasted it and was very intrigued by the finish taste - almost sweet. It’s less sharp than pink salt, and, pardon the weird description, but it’s crispier than kosher salt. It’s almost impossible to over salt with this, too. Very unusual, but very delicious. We use it on the table more than anything - it adds a delicious note to all foods.
