Didn't know what to expect from this has I've not really heard of the make. But I've been really surprised how good it is. Nicely boxed, I'm a bit of a sucker for nice packaging. Easily set up, as it plug and play. The sound it very subtle, not over powering. The unit is loud, my old sound bar was set at 24/26 this volume level is set at 8. I've had it a over a month and I'm still taken by surprise when watching a film and the sound is behind me, it really is surround sound. Overall an excellent unit, well worth the money.

Excellent product, great sound quality even at low and high volumes with a really punchy bass. Connects seamlessly between TV, Xbox and fire Tv.

Volume increases to full, this is the 2nd one Iv had and with the same problem, do not purchase….these are faulty…

Subwoofer broke after one week, which means rear speakers also don’t work. Ultimea could not find my address to send a replacement. Over a week of emails and no action. Eventually they said I could return the lot via Amazon. But all I wanted was a replacement subwoofer!? Is that a lot to expect?! Very annoyed as have holes in my walls from putting the kit up. When it did work I was very happy. It all looked good and felt decent in terms of material quality. But sadly after sales is rubbish. I haven’t been offered a replacement kit via Amazon.. just a refund. Really disappointing.Update: Ultimea staff were very polite during the communications. They have now offered a new system replacement. But I had already posted it back. So they offered me a discount on a new purchase which I will try. Update to follow.9/8/2025 new system working well. Not used a lot yet, hoping it remains reliable.Support have been in contact and continue to ask what else can be done. So my experience has improved considerable and I no longer feel it’s justified to call it terrible support. The staff do sound conscientious, but the actions have matched the words on this occasion

These a great, if you haven’t got a home theatre set up already, get this one it’ll really change the way you’ve watched movies, listen to music etc forever.

You couldn’t ask for anything better for the price.very easy to install on your own, easy to control the volume ,very clear speakers and overall good quality build, it also comes with screws and the wall plugs with the wall bracket if you wanted to put them on the wall. Surround sound is pretty good. Got this to Replace my Sony Amp which was failing and I had old speakers also. Not quite as powerful as my old set up but never really needed the high volume anyway. A bit more treble quality and I would have given it 5 stars. I may get a graphic equalizer box to tweak the sound a bit.
