I started taking this two months ago and it took about 2 weeks to finally start seeing something. They definitely work! I knew they were working because I felt either my stomach bubbly or gas pass.I ran out and took about 2 weeks for me to reorder- and I definitely felt the difference when I was off. I bloat really fast, even before or after meals. I rate it a 4 starts because it takes a while to start working but definitely can see the results after 2 weeks. I wasn’t constipated either.

This product is the least gassy probiotic that I have ever tried! I have mild IBS, and this product helps me a lot to poop well without gas and uncomfortable feelings.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me. I was hoping it would help with bloating and gas, but I didn’t notice any real difference even after taking it consistently. I do like the idea of the 5-in-1 formula, and the ingredients seem promising, but my body just didn’t respond to it. Everyone’s different, so it might work better for others,but it wasn’t effective in my case.

They've worked well for me; I feel a slight improvement with my gas and bloating. Nothing extreme, nor can I say I'm cured, but it's helped me in emergency situations.Even so, I can't give 5 stars to something that costs $40 for 30 capsules!The cost seems excessive to me, but necessity compels us to pay...
