Hi there!.... There scapula does not move. The spine moves at the beginning where it attaches to the skull. Only the first few vertebrae move from side to side.... atleast for mine this is true.

Do the arms move at the shoulder joint?

I bought this for my nephew for his office, I do believe the arms moved at the shoulder joint when we put it together.

on the inside of the skull, does it have all the crevasses and things to study for?

The inside of the skull is very small. I would suggest getting a skull to study from. I would however recommend purchasing a separate skull to study from. That’s what I did and it worked great.
