1.5 ton ac 3 star working fine...good feature is that after switching on the ac on Viraat( hi cool) mode for few minutes, we can select 100%, 80%,60% or 40%. We are good to keep it at 40% capacity...good cooling and good savings on electricity consumption as it operates at 40% capacity.Congratulations to LG for the new feature & product...keep it up.

AC seems to be in good condition installation completed and cool in just 10-15 mins, but just keep in mind there is missing copper pipe from the outdoor unit. May be seller or shipper remove Copper pipe from outdoor unit before AC delivered .

The product itself is great—I’ve been using three of them already. I love how silent the AC is and that it doesn’t cause any issues. However, my experience with installation service was disappointing. The fitting cost they charged me was ₹8,000. The person who installed the unit even asked for money while kneeling, and when I asked for a bill, he gave me a false one. I insisted I wouldn't pay until I received a proper invoice. They also charged ₹3,000 for core cutting. The product is labeled as being from 2025, but the manufacturing date is November 2024. I contacted both Amazon and LG, but they both said it was my issue. After four days, the AC was finally installed, but now I realize the product is from November 2024. I ended up paying ₹8,000 in total for installation and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I’m sharing this so others are aware—not even big companies are immune to fraud.

Really happy with 1.5 ton ac will check how much bill is generated but room becomes very very cold I have 3 more acs of different brands voltas not that great, samsung good till new, Hitachi good but LG is best

Received the package on time. Installation was done on time. The Product quality is really good and it offersMultiple settings to suit every need. Remote control is full of features and convenient to use.

The media could not be loaded. Working well...in Diet mode also it gives comfort cooling .. 1 less star for the installation service. Service was not bad but not upto the level as expected from LG like company.

Have been using LG window AC for more than 20 years, same AC without any repairs, due to long use wanted to change and chose this model. The installation was on time and spot on and the Service Engineer explained all features and gave his contact number in case I need help in future.This AC is really good in terms of its cooling and all other functionalities. There is an option where you can choose to save your power also. Since I strongly support LG brand for Air conditioners will definitely recommend to go for this model should all other criteria of purchase are agreeable to you.

I am writing the review after using one month og LG 1.5 ton 3 star AC.Review hind me likh raha hu ki sabhi logi ko samjh me aa sake.Ye Ac 1.5 Ton ka nhi he ye sirf 1.2 Ton ka he becouse iski cooling capecity 4400 he and iski cooling kafi kam he aur na hi ye enrgy save karta he jesa ki company bol rahi he, mene iske sabhi convertable mode par ise check kiya lekin ye sabhi mode par same enrgy consuption kar raha he. Ac wale room ka size 120sqft he fir bhi cooling karne me 2hours se jyada ka tine laga raha he.Mene LG ke technition ko bhi check karwaya lekin unhone kaha ki AC bilkul sahi he ye kah kar call close kar di, ab majburan is AC ko jese tese use karna hi pad raha he,.I will recommend that ki is AC ki kimat me aap voltas ya Decken ka AC le sakte he aur Cooling bhi better he, enrgy saving ke name pr company bevkuf banati he.
