This is our second bottle that we have gone through. It is large and had more capsules that other brands I found. Our whole family takes these supplements and we feel great! A lot more energy, improved mood, and quality checks all the boxes. The flip top lid is a game changer. It makes it very easy to have the kids get their own.

Good price for a quality liver supplement. I can't say I feel a massive difference in my health but I did notice after a short time taking these that I was sleeping better, deeper and with more dreams. Was it this? Can't say for sure but I also have noticed more energy so I think all in all this supplement is actually doing something positive.

I am on a very limited budget, so I took half the recommended dose, still I seen a noticeable effect in energy and calmness. On stressful long days I would opt for full dose, and I wholeheartedly felt it helped me make it through. I've been taking beef liver capsules for well over a year now. I started taking these particular ones after I moved to the States and they're on par with the ones I was taking back home in NZ. I still get tired sometimes, I still deal with hormones BUT it's more manageable now.I notice the difference on days I forget to, or think I can go without these.If you have low energy like me and a good diet isn't cutting it, you need these.You take 6 capsules a day and that seems like a lot for some people. Yes the capsules are on the larger side too but I take them and I've forced myself to take them almost every morning because I know that these help me feel normal and the healthiest that I can possibly feel.If they don't work for you then I'm sorry, keep searching but I can testify that these capsules work well for me - a 31 year old mother of 2 (and a 3rd on the way).

good pills, easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. I can't stand liver so this is the next best thing.

This is my second bottle. Grassfed beef liver is now being touted as an essential item and I understand why. I've noticed my hair is healthier, as is my skin. My nails? A lost cause but I do notice they grow a bit faster. But it's my energy level that's improved and since I'm old, this is a very good thing! Will continue to use this product.

Wanted to get more vitamin A and read that beef liver was a good option. Haven't really noticed too many changes to my energy, mood or anything, but it's only been a few weeks. They make my burps taste gross. 🤢

There is a slight odor when opening the bottle, but not bad. Drink with plenty of water. I have no issues swallowing the pills.
