What is the line width of the 90 degree diamond tip?

You should start with .005 width and adjust from there. It really depends on the hardness of the material that you are cutting Rob

The tips all come to a complete point. Depending on the hardness of the material is how deep the tip goes in , thus how wide. Typically for acrylic I say start at .005 with the 90. You may want a 120 degree tool which will give you a wider line.

Do you have a table of suggested compressions for various materials? I found that .05" worked pretty well on acrylic. I was using a 90 degree bit.

I don't have a table of values. I typically just experiment on some scrap. 0.05" is about what I use for acrylic too.
