Originally I registered for a SW tote as my pump bag and I loved it. But when I went back to work, I was taking 3 bags; my computer, pump plus purse, and carrying the baby in the car seat! I even cricked my neck putting my pump bag over my shoulder with my laptop in it. Anyway, I ordered this and it is a GAME changer! It is a backpack which solves the too heavy tote issue, it fits the laptop, pump, pump parts bag, and cooler! I do have a small laptop. I am now down to two bags and it makes working mom life so much easier. The quality is amazing and I bet I will be using this bag long after I am done pumping! I also feel confident carrying this into a meeting and it doesn't scream nursing bag. Sadly, men in the work place still feel uncomfortable with pumping and BF etc, but that is a topic for another day!

I have reached out multiple times about the bag’s shoulder strap not working well. Despite the super nice message you receive once you purchase a SW product, they don’t respond after the initial “we care and will get back to you” reply. I purchased this bag for my daughter, a new mommy and medical doctor. We decided on this bag because of the size and the backpack option, however the shoulder straps do not hold, they slide off her shoulders. Pumping at work is so hard, and even harder in the ER. We were hoping this would eliminate some of the stress, however it’s more stressful to feel like you wasted money. I would suggest find a less expensive bag/backpack that actually works then buy 2 of them (for the one price of this bag), or maybe just a regular insulated backpack. Really sad about it because working, pumping mommies need all the help they can get.

This is really well-made and the straps are extremely comfortable both when wearing as a backpack and carrying the handles. Fits my Spectra and all pumping gear plus my laptop and work items without issue.

I used this as I returned back to work today. I ordered 3 from Amazon, and the other 2 seemed like such cheap quality. I love how nice this one is! It has so much room. I packed my pump, pump supplies, cooler bag, laptop, charger, etc. in it! I’m going on a business trip, and this will help so much!
