How can I remove the drill press attachment from the shaft? I need to access the Bigger pulley

The bigger pulley with come off the other side of the shaft. Use an Allen tool to loosen the saw blade attachment, carefully pull or tap on it to slide it threw the bearings then loosen the bigger pulley with Allen tool

How to disassemble this thing i need to get rid of the drill chuck ?

Hold the center of the shaft from the other end, twist the Chuck ccw direction then pull. Very easy, you can do all these with fingers.
