Good size and works well

This product is fabulous. It adheres very well around the site that needs to be protected and remains tight with the skin until it is removed. I have used two different sizes of Shower Shield - both wonderful. Originally I ordered a different brand that was recommended by a Home Health Nurse. There was no contest…. Shower Shield was the superior product and outperformed the competitor at every level.

Sorry but the product didn't work for me, as soon as I got in the shower and the water (just a little bit, not much) hit it, it started coming right off my skin and got my Catheter all wet and I'm not supposed to get it wet at all. I have spent so much money in the Las 3 1/2 months on products like these and nothing works 🥺😏 I don't know what to do!!!

This product worked perfectly. I had been on an IV antibiotics for 5 weeks through my port & everytime I had to take a shower I would have to wrap my chest with tape & Saran Wrap yo keep it from getting wet. I discovered this prior to my 6 week & I was so deighted to have purchased this. It saved me 20 minutes in time, it was easy, very durable strong & waterproof I HIGHLY recommend.

I’ll first say that this is the best option on the market for protecting your chemo line while showering and this seller always has some in their inventory. Depending on where your port or Hickman line is placed will determine how well this product works. I have a Hickman line installed on my upper-right chest and have found that this product will not stay on in the shower without additionally using some sort of water resistant medical tape. I have heard that it works better for those whose lines are placed on their forearms. But, for those of us who have lines in our chest or neck, I highly recommend using 3M Microfoam tape in addition to this product. Be warned that the Microfoam tape will also lose its stickiness the longer you shower. So, think of it as an extra layer of protection that assists this product and get used to taking shorter showers during treatment and post-treatment.

This design worked for a PICC line in the arm, but was not efficient in covering a Central Line/trifusion in the upper chest (for a woman). It is not pliable enough to adhere to skin that isn’t flat and ensure no water gets in. The adhesive is also very harsh and not good for sensitive skin - would recommend removing immediately after using.

Directed to keep the Zio Heart Monitor relatively dry, by facing away from the shower, I was concerned it would get too wet and fall off (directions suggest, they can fall off). These shields were a perfect fit and did the job. Peace of mind!

I like that shower shield keeps the wounded area dry and does not adhere to the wound dressing. The adhesive is on the outer edges and hold nicely. You don’t have to worry about the dressing getting wet.
