My much-loved cheese plane broke; after an unsuccessful search for the same one, I purchased this one hoping for the best. What a pleasant surprise. It is sturdy and sharp, easy to angle for just the right cut. I bought a second to hold back, just in case. I'm really pleased with this one.

somewhat expensive, but high quality. super sharp and has no problems chipping and cutting into hard cheese like Parmesan Ramano. would recommend this product and other products from this company.

I was satisfied with the price & quality….& most importantly, the blade is very sharp. I hope it holds the sharpness &, if so, I will be “very” pleased. Delivery was next day which was a nice surprise.

This is ok but does not cut soft cheeses well. Also stated could be used on vegetables but has d to use on zucchini.

This very high quality material. The thickness of your slice can be adjusted by changing the angle you drag the cutter across the block of cheese. It can cut slices so thin they are almost see through. It is so sharp it takes very little effort to pull it across the block.

Sturdy cheese slicer. Would highly recommend.
