High school graduation gift
I bought this book for myself in my early 20s and since then I have given it as a gift to every graduate from high school that I know. I’m sure not everyone will read it cover-to-cover but I am happy to have it out there to be read when there is a need. A great book to have as you begin your college or professional life. A goldmine of valuable lessons.

The Greatest Book On Self-Management - For Anyone, Anytime!!
This is undoubtedly The Greatest Book On Self-Management!! Most importantly, it is relevant, meaningful, useful and handy for anyone - from men to women, from the young to the old, from the East to West, North to South, from the illiterate to the learned, from the pauper to the richest, from the fool to the wise, from the loser to the winner, anyone, in any age and anywhere!!The book may appear to be a simple compilation of 50 carefully selected pieces written by various self-help authors, which it is indeed, in one way. But, the remarkable wisdom and ability of Og Mandino has made this assimilation of wisdom possible! But, in my view, that is only a beginning. The real value is when the reader realises that the chapters are actually tracing the thoughts, behaviour and action of the reader, and is just-in-time, miraculously, addressing the need of the reader!! I don't know how he does it, or did it, but, I have testimony of so many people I know, who expressed the same awe!!If there is one book which can change the world by helping the individuals shift their position, shift their gear, to a higher better level of living, this is the book!! Og Mandino, You Are Great, You Are Rare!!

Five Stars
fast shipping A+++++What if you could get an overview of classic self-help literature that in itself is a roadmap to success?Such a thing would look s lot like Og Mandino's University of Success. The book is arranged into ten semesters, each one focused on the foundations for a success theme: taking stock of where you are now, developing s vision for your life, aligning your thoughts with your desires, becoming your own cheerleader, mastering time, attracting money, enlisting the aid of other people, dealing with the challenges of success, maintaing your success, and enjoying your success. The book's principles are sound. The authors who have contributed are the people who wrote the books that are the foundations of modern self-help. Pick one idea from the book, master it, and then come back and dip in to pick your next idea to master.Self-help junkies will want to read this to discover some now-forgotten forefathers in the field. But anyone who wants to fully be themselves will want to read this.

It seems like a long read, but really does not feel like it once you open it and start receiving what it has to offer!!

One of the best "success" books out there
What a gem of a book. Stumbled upon this while browsing for another book by Og Mandino. He has gone through many "self-help" and other types of books and pulled some of the best chapters. This is a collection of those chapters. Og Mandino writes a little preview before each chapter, but also gives the author and title of the original book. A great way to expand your exposure to more authors.I ordered 2 (heck, at that price, it was a bargain) one for myself, and another to pass onto someone who appreciate a book of this caliber.

A must have for everyone
If you are on the path of self-development, personal awareness and inner growth, this is a MUST book to have. I had a hard copy years ago when it was first issued. I literally wore it out over the last 30 years so reordered this edition. I have in my 7th decade of life and still find new discoveries every time I reread this gem.
