When I received the rhizome, it didn't look that great; but I thought, perhaps if I just plant it and nurture it with the proper soil, water, and sunlight, it would be okay. Not at all. It never sprouted or anything. I adore Canna lilies, even though I dig them up every year for replanting the next season. I've never ordered one through the mail, but thought this one looked so pretty. I probably should have returned it right away, or requested a replacement, but I didn't. I will not go this route again. I am very disappointed. If you order one in the future, and it does not have a strong root system, return it immediately. I took a chance, but it didn't pay off for me.

I was very pleased with the bulb when it arrived.Of course there is no way of knowing at this point how it will flower next year, but the bulb is in very good condition, no mold not dried up. The price was a bit high, but I know these plants are expensive in my area and usually hard to find.. It was a generous size and wrapped very nicely.

A full bulb has been cut into tiny pieces and the tiny pieces are being sold as whole bulb. In photo with my hand you can see the ends of both bulbs are cut. Yes, that's both bulbs in the photo. The pieces are that small. I don't recommend buying from this supplier. Their products are not worth the price.

This beautiful, purple rosette plant (Dracaena or Cordyline?) is an elegant garden or house plant. It has beautiful flowers and foliage. It grows relatively slowly. It can survive occasional very light frosts. But definitely not sustained freezing weather. It would be a good addition to a variety of outdoor garden or interior landscape settings.
